BACKORDERS - In the event that an item is not in stock when ordered we will hold your order until stock becomes available. You may ask for a refund at any time before your order is despatched. In the event that your part becomes unobtainable we will refund your money in full. Please contact us after 28 days for an update on the status of your order if your items have not arrived.
CREDIT CARDS - We accept Visa, Delta, Switch and Mastercard on mail order or telephone orders, subject to conditions.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS - please contact us by email as soon as possible to discuss any problems. We inspect all goods very carefully before despatch and do our best to ensure that they arrive in the best possible condition. Goods are not sold with any warranty but this does not affect your statutory rights.
DELIVERY CHARGES - Free Mainland UK delivery for orders over £27.50. Small orders incur a delivery charge of £3.50. Extra charges may apply for the Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland. DESCRIPTIONS We make every effort to describe parts accurately. If you feel that a part description is not clear or is a misrepresentation please advise us so that we may amend the description
DESPATCH - Goods will be despatched as promptly as possible subject to stock availability. We aim to despatch goods so that they arrive within 10 days of placing your order (in the UK). During busy periods please allow at least 2 weeks for your order to arrive. Occasionally, some items will be marked 'to follow' on the invoice and will be dispatched immediately new stock arrives.
EXCHANGE ITEMS - Exchange items are supplied on a new for old basis. You will need to return the part that you have removed from your car. We charge a deposit which will be fully refunded when the old part is returned to us in a serviceable condition.
LIABILITY - We accept liability only for items which are proved faulty by reason of our negligence. Such liability is limited to the price paid for the item and does not include any consequential loss.
MADE TO ORDER GOODS - We are proud to support British industry. All our bespoke parts are made in the UK. Please allow 3 weeks for receipt of items made to order. Please also be aware that our suppliers may shut down for holidays and your order may take longer to fulfil at certain times of the year.
MISSING GOODS - please advise us within 28 days of placing your order of non delivery of parts or any discrepancies.
OVERSEAS ORDERS - we accept international orders. Please note that If you are buying from overseas (including EU) you may have to pay additional import duties and taxes. We cannot advise you what charges may apply in your own country and advise you to check locally before purchase. We reserve the right to refuse international orders at our discretion.
OVERSEAS SHIPPING - We will contact you shortly after your order is placed to provide a quotation for your order. Costs are dependent on the weight and the dimensions of your order and are difficult to confirm accurately before your order has been packed. All shipping prices quoted are approximate and subject to confirmation. If we overestimate costs we will refund any excess over £5 after goods have been despatched. Wherever possible goods are split into separate parcels of 2kg as this is the most cost effective method of despatch. A specialist quote will be required for goods/parcels weighing over 2kg or longer than 1 metre. We reserve the right to refuse international orders at our discretion.
All international orders placed exceeding £100 value must be despatched by insured post for which an additional charge will be made.

PART NUMBERS - The use of original numbers does not indicate supply of original parts. Some parts are pattern/remanufactured parts and are described as such. Many are made exclusively for us and not available elsewhere. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that they are ordering the correct part for their car and to check that parts supplied are suitable for the vehicle and its intended use. The supplier gives no warranty express or implied of suitability.
PRICES - All prices are shown in £ UK Sterling (GBP). We make every effort to keep prices as up to date as possible; however, we reserve the right change prices without notice and to refuse an order at the price listed in this webshop. This is because we do not hold all items in stock and some parts are ordered from the supplier after you have placed your order with us. Sometimes a supplier changes prices without notice.
RETURNS/REFUNDS- we will accept returns of stock items ordered through this webshop within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights. We regret we are not able to accept returns of items made to order. Refunds of postage will only be made for faulty parts or incorrect orders. We advise you to obtain a certificate of posting when returning your goods for a refund.
RIGHT TO CANCEL - (Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Directive 97/7/EC). The right to cancel allows you time to examine the goods. The cooling off period ends 7 working days after the day the goods are received. The right to cancel does not apply to materials which have been cut off rolls or any item made to order.
When customers exercise the right to cancel they have a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and to return them to us in the condition they were supplied. Postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We advise you to obtain a certificate of posting as we cannot be responsible for lost items.
Order cancellations must be submitted to us in writing - email or letter.
SUITABILITY OF PARTS - All parts are supplied in good faith and in the belief that the application is as described. If for any reason the parts are not suitable for the application parts may be returned under the right to cancel, or under our own terms and conditions for returns and refunds, as detailed above. We may accept a return after this period for a part exchange, refund or credit note at our discretion, please contact us to discuss.
VAT & TAXES - VAT is not added to our prices as we are not registered for VAT. If you are buying from overseas (including EU countries) you may have to pay additional import duties and taxes. We cannot advise you what charges may apply in your own country and advise you to check locally before purchase.
